While driving around all night, looking for a place to hang out that didn't card under 21 [for the half of us who are under 21], in that period between Christmas and New Years where there is that sense of adventure and mystery, Nikki and I arrive at the most amazing whole-in-the-wall Mexican bar/restaurant. This bar had drunk people singing kereoke, which I didn't think we had in this part of Connecticut. It also had a singing lobster, that sang some kind of disco song and kept Nikki and I amused for longer than one would think necessary. But, most of all, it had adorable old school American-Mexican restaurant charm, and a Christmas tree in the middle of its closed off dinning hall where we spent more time than was probably desired by the management. Thank God for this restaurant. We shall meet again.
