Like any sitcom, there's a handful of bloopers and odd
things in Monkees episodes, that the more observant and investigative
fans have noticed.
I've compiled these things together from polls I gave about it when this

was being made.

Ever Notice That...
"Here Come the Monkees":
Michael Nesmith is cut off at the end of his
screen test. Bob says,
"Have you ever been
with a strong and silent woman before, Mike?",
and it sounds like Michael says, "Have you ever had se-ex...--?"
On the DDB movie they say he says, "If you ever ask me that again...?",
but *I* don't believe it...
"Royal Flush":
"It's the scene in the beginning when Davy is trying to talk
the others into going to the hotel to look for the princess.
Keep a close eye on Petey... in the far off shots, his hair
is parted on the side but in the close ups, it's parted in the
middle (that may be reverse). It's verrrrry obvious." Thanks Cyndi
"One Man Shy":
During the badmitton scene Micky's pants are unzipped. Thanks Kari.
God I have to remember to look for that one...
"The Monkee Mother":
I could be wrong, but Rose Marie appears to be giving the finger to the camera
as she is folding laundry and the Monkees come up to speak to her.
"Monkee Mayor":
Mike's hat appears and then dissappears in the beginning scenes. Thanks to
John Marquez.
Also I would like to add... in the scene where they are campaigning,
it TOTALLY looks like Monty Landis is paying off some prostitutes in a back
alley. I mean, maybe they weren't supposed to look that way,
but...

Oh yeah, this one is really technical and crap but here goes...
remember in Monkee Mayor when Mayor Motley's secretary says that
Mike has never been fired or arrested?
However he gets fired in:
"Everywhere A Sheik, Sheik":
Micky's glasses keep appearing and dissappearing. Thanks to
John Marquez.
Micky can be seen giving the finger in the "Love Is Only Sleeping" music
video when Davy takes his girl.
"The Monkees Maroon":
Micky's wearing a cast around his hand.
"Monkees Watch Their Feet":
"Another Peter moment: When robot Micky is leading Davy & Peter to the spaceship,
notice how Peter's shirt is orange in the beach house, striped on the beach, and
orange again on the ship. I'm sure Davy's shirt makes the same changes from house
to beach to ship, but I never look at anyone else when PT is on the screen." Cyndi
Apparently, also, according to Hollie, Davy can be seen checking out Micky's, ahem,
houseware when Micky's only in boxers. Who could blame him?
"Monkees Watch Their Feet":
Mike's line is dubbed by Micky's voice when he/they say, "Just your
regular tourist activities." Thanks to John
Make Friends With Kool*Aid commercial:
In one of these commercials [there are many]
Michael, Micky, and Davy
are standing in a desert about to talk to Bugs Bunny.
Michael is not
wearing his aviator glasses, but you'll notice they are hanging in the tree
above Bugs Bunny's head.
Perhaps it's not a blooper, but I think Michael purposely put them
there, and they were recorded, unnoticed, just so he could have his way.
I can imagine someone
saying, "Take the glasses off Mike", and he said, "No", and they said,
"Take the glasses off Mike...", and he said "No", and they said,
"TAKE THE GLASSES OFF MIKE..." and he said, "Fine..." and carefully
displayed them there.
