"Richie", as the band members liked to call him never did fit in with the other three. While his staggering good looks got him far with the ladies, no one could disagree that Rich's voice just wasn't quite high enough, and his nose wasn't... flat enough. ;) He was quickly replaced.

After the rejection with the Monkees, Rich sought to find a family and home elsewhere. Finally, he found somewhere he fit perfectly.
